Sourcing — imports and exports
Sainto Group sources supply and allocates volume across pharmaceuticals, metals, and digital assets. Every allocation is carried from origination through contracting, documentation, freight, and settlement.
Markets
Peptides, NAD, TRT, compounding chemicals, and other popular medical compounds, imported and wholesaled to the destination market.
Precious metals, scrap, specialized and niche metals, allocated by grade and form against verified assay.
OTC blocks, crypto-to-fiat conversion, and large cryptocurrency and asset transactions, settled against delivery with custody arranged in advance.
Physical trade fails at the seams: between contract and vessel, between invoice and payment. A desk exists to hold those seams.
The operating principle
The Desk
Supply is sourced and qualified, volume is committed under contract, and the trade is carried through documentation, freight, and payment. The same desk holds all three.
Supply is sourced from producers and qualified against specification before it is offered. Counterparties are verified, product is documented, and available volume is confirmed at term.
Qualified volume is matched to buyers and committed under contract. Price, delivery basis, and payment terms are fixed before an allocation is confirmed.
Once allocated, the trade is carried to delivery. Documentation is prepared, freight is booked and cleared, and payment settles against shipping documents.
Capabilities
Sale and purchase contracts written on defined delivery terms, with specification, tolerance, and inspection rights stated up front.
Payment structured to fit the trade — letters of credit, documentary collection, or agreed terms against shipping documents.
Product verified against specification before shipment, with third-party inspection and certificates of analysis where the category requires them.
Import and export permissions confirmed for each lane, including the sanctions screening and origin certification that pharmaceutical cargoes attract.
Booking, routing, and clearance across sea, air, and road, with the delivery term setting where responsibility passes.
Chain of custody documented from origin to delivery, so every consignment can be traced back to the source that produced it.
Coverage
Seven hubs anchor the desk, across the lanes that connect producing regions to consuming markets.
Process
Every allocation runs the same four stages, whatever the category. Most inquiries are answered with an indication before qualification begins.
Tell the desk the product, specification, volume, and destination. You receive an indication of availability and terms.
Counterparties are checked and product is verified against specification. Import and export permissions are confirmed for the lane.
Volume is committed and contracted. Price, delivery basis, and payment terms are fixed at this point, not after.
Documentation is issued, freight is booked and cleared, and the consignment moves. Payment settles against shipping documents.
Company
Sainto Group was built as a desk rather than a brokerage. An allocation is held by the same people from origination through settlement, which gives the client one counterparty instead of a chain of introductions. The group contracts in its own name, on defined delivery terms, and carries the documentation and freight obligations that come with them.
The desk works with producers, refiners, licensed distributors, and end buyers that can be verified, and declines the ones that cannot. Specification, tolerance, and inspection rights are agreed before an allocation is confirmed, so what discharges is what was contracted. Where a category is regulated, the licensing and certification requirements of the destination market are treated as part of the trade rather than paperwork that trails it.
Send the product, specification, volume, and destination. The desk comes back with availability and terms.
